This Hammock Sling is made from Spacer fabric which has superior stretch and breathing properties enabling it to be left in place under the person. Other types of fabric increase the risk of skin breakdown if left underneath the person for long periods of time. It can be attached using either the split leg method (right) or fully underneath as a “hammock” (left), in this mode it can only be used if there is no risk of the person thrusting themselves forward. |
