DURAFIBER® Ag PRO Dressing is a sterile, non-woven gelling fibre dressing composed of cellulose ethyl sulphonate fibres, designed to manage moderately to highly exuding wounds while helping to reduce the risk of topical infection through sustained antimicrobial activity.

On contact with wound fluid, the dressing rapidly forms a soft, conformable gel that absorbs and locks away exudate while maintaining a moist wound environment to support healing and autolytic debridement.

This gelling action allows the dressing to contour closely to the wound bed, minimising dead space where exudate and bacteria may accumulate and helping to reduce the risk of maceration.
